I’m Manuel Arturo Izquierdo, an anthropologist who’s jumped into the world of making music with AI tools. You might think that AI-created tunes are just cold algorithms without any soul or originality, and yeah, they can be if left to their own devices. But when you use them as a creative partner? It’s a whole different vibe!

Here’s how I roll when crafting my tracks:

• Dive deep into the genre to figure out what feels right.
• Write all the lyrics myself – gotta keep it personal!
• Pick the best audio snippets the machine comes up with.
• Edit, produce, and mix everything into one smooth sound, tossing in real instruments, voices, and effects for that extra kick.
• Design cool album covers using a mix of AI-generated images and stuff from the real world.

I’d say about 60% is pure human effort, while 40% gets some help from AI magic.

The tools I use:

• Mind and soul : Crafting lyrics and ideas, then bringing it all to life in the studio.
• Linux : My go-to OS (because open source rocks!).
• Suno : The AI engine I love for getting those raw music takes.
• Audacity : For tweaking audio like a pro.
• LMMS and Ardour : My digital workspaces for all things sound.
• Foocus : When it’s time to dream up some sick visuals.
• GIMP : Image editing made easy.
• Inkscape : Creating those sharp vector graphics.
